Do the shoes run true to size?
Yes, unless the product page says otherwise. Nora flats run slightly narrow and Junia mules run slightly small — both notes are on their pages.
Is standard shipping really free?
On every order over $150, worldwide. Below that it is $12, and express is $25 if you need it sooner.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. Reduced pieces carry the same 30-day return window, and you are refunded what you actually paid.
