These terms apply whenever you buy from Shuidu. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them before you check out.
1. Who we are
Shuidu sells handbags and footwear online. You can reach us at any time at
niutie632@gmail.com.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and
heel heights. Natural leather and suede vary slightly in grain, tone and marking —
that variation is a property of the material, not a defect. Product photographs are shot
under studio lighting, so colours can look marginally different on your screen.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes levied on
delivery outside the United States. - We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already
placed. - Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We never store your full
card details. - If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email
your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we
cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you are refunded in
full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery times, rates and customs information are set out in our
Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
dates, and title and risk pass to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these
terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, unworn and in original packaging, with return
shipping paid by you unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential
and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised
use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product photography, illustrations, the Shuidu
name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, republished
or used commercially without our written permission. You may share our images on social
media when linking back to this site.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to
upload malicious code, to scrape or resell our content, or to interfere with the
security or normal operation of the store.
10. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you confirm it is your own work and
that we may publish it on the site. We moderate reviews and remove anything unlawful,
misleading, abusive or unrelated to the product.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”. We do not
warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes
statutory consumer rights, including your right to goods that are as described, of
satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is
limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shuidu is
established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of
residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published
on this page when you place your order, and we will revise the date at the top whenever
it changes.
